Client: True startup, changing the way psychiatry treatments are accessed and offered to patients on a digital platform.
Story: Working with the Founder who is an entrepreneur and strong businessman, but did not have much experience the healthcare industry and was ready to start hiring their first sales team. We helped identify the candidate experience that would be successful at accomplishing the sales goals and coached them on structuring a competitive compensation structure for the talent they wanted. They had their first hire within 1 week and the offer was immediately accepted!
